* Utilize digital audio typing software to complete tasks efficiently.
* Manage documents and maintain accurate records.
* Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years of experience as a legal secretary.
* Prior experience in litigation, particularly in the healthcare sector, is desirable.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
* Strong IT and systems capabilities, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
