About the Role:
A leading provider of scientific and laboratory services is looking for a Training Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee structured training programs. The role focuses on training scientists and analysts in chemistry, microbiology, and quality assurance, preparing them for careers in highly regulated industries. This position is central to supporting both internal training and client training solutions, ensuring that professionals are equipped with the necessary technical and compliance skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new training strategies, ensuring alignment with industry regulations, and liaising with clients to provide tailored training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage training programs covering laboratory techniques, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee structured training for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding and skill development.
* Assess training needs and implement solutions to address skill gaps.
* Lead a team of trainers, ensuring training content remains up to date and industry-compliant.
* Collaborate with clients to design and deliver tailored training programs both on-site and externally.
* Act as a key point of contact for training-related client engagements.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards and conduct audits of training programs.
* Develop digital training solutions and improve training efficiency through technology.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality, etc.).
* Proven track record in training program development within a scientific, laboratory, or quality-driven environment.
* Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, industry regulations, and quality systems.
* Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders and delivering client-specific training programs.
* Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
* Fluent English required. Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience managing or mentoring teams is a plus.
