Agile Coach Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our organization.
About the Role:
This is a key leadership role that will drive agile transformation across the organization, ensuring all stakeholders understand and adopt agile principles.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage hands-on skills in launching and coaching self-organizing teams.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of agility metrics and value tracking across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Provide expertise in Lean and Agile principles, serve as an Agile coach in technical or business elements, offer mentorship and training to Agile teams, and facilitate team sessions.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in squad coaching and mentoring.
* Certification as either a Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist.
* Excellent relationship management skills and ability to act as point of contact for all external and internal clients/stakeholders and suppliers.
* Strong communication, facilitation, persuasion and influence, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience delivering and supporting IT projects in the financial/Banking domain.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
