MEICA Contracts Manager
Mayo INFORM3 is currently recruiting for a MEICA Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects across the North West of Ireland.
The successful applicant will manage and deliver a portfolio of MEICA projects, developing project strategies and delivery programmes while ensuring effective communication and implementation to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement MEICA project delivery in accordance with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
* Lead the project team in producing timely Risk Assessments and Method Statements, H&S Site Management, and Work Package Plans.
* Support the Project Delivery Team with information for Construction Phase Plans.
* Take ownership and responsibility for projects, including financial management, progress monitoring, and team oversight.
* Review and refine project scope, contributing to presentation documents as required.
* Cultivate and maintain safe working practices on site.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Project/Contracts Management.
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Relevant Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering qualification (ideally).
* Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and quality on-site.
* Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a large team.
* Full clean Driver's Licence.
