We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide administration support to our in-house Talent Acquisition team, supporting EMEA and US TA activities. (12 month contract)
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and promotion of all positions across EMEA & US
2. Organising and co-ordination of interviews
3. Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
4. Organising flights and accommodation for candidates attending interviews and for some new hires
5. Processing of expense requests for candidates attending interview
6. Raising of e-req’s for careers fairs, events, etc.
7. Preparation of contracts of employment
8. Scheduling of medicals for new hires
9. Scheduling of new employee orientation
10. Building relationships with hiring managers and wider HR team
11. Complete reference checking for new hires
12. Draft up letters for new hires
13. Updating of all TA trackers
14. Scheduling of psychometric testing for manufacturing candidates
15. Coordination of Transition Year programme
16. Other ad hoc administration duties as required
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Team player
3. Extremely well organised
4. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
5. Detail oriented
6. Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
7. At least 2 years experience working in a similar HR role in a fast paced environment
8. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm depending on successful candidates availability
