As we continue to scale, we are seeking a strategic yet execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead our revenue-focused marketing efforts.
At a Series A startup, this role requires a blend of leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration, someone who is capable of driving growth across marketing disciplines, including product marketing, customer engagement, and enabling sales success.

About the role We need a highly proactive and commercially focused Head of Marketing who can take ownership of our marketing function and drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and revenue impact.
This role is about details, execution, and innovation—we need someone who can operate strategically while also rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.
You must be comfortable engaging with founders, asking the right questions, and ensuring marketing aligns with the company vision.
Beyond demand generation, this role is responsible for marketing's impact on the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition to activation, engagement, and expansion.
You'll own key elements of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution while ensuring tight alignment with product, sales, and customer success.
What you'll do?
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition Work alongside the existing demand generation team to convert more leads through scalable, multi-channel growth strategies across paid social, email marketing, SEO, content, webinars, and other key acquisition tactics.
Own the marketing site's content and information architecture, evolving it as the product evolves in collaboration with design.
Focus on efficiency by optimizing spend across channels to maximize ROI while maintaining high-quality lead volume.
Work closely with Sales to refine the lead handoff process and ensure strong alignment on pipeline goals.
Continuously evaluate and implement cost-effective, high-impact marketing tactics to drive sustainable growth.
Leverage AI-driven marketing tools to enhance campaign execution, improve targeting, and increase efficiency.
Develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Ideate and bring to market thematic campaigns that strengthen our position in the market and reach more ICPs.
Work closely with Product & Engineering to communicate product value effectively.
Lead GTM strategies for new product features, pricing, and market positioning.
Own the production of all launch assets, including any necessary pricing and packaging decisions, in collaboration with product, finance, creative and design.
Support Sales with content, sales enablement materials, and GTM collateral.
Refine and evolve our ICP, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Activate more users by partnering with Product and Design to create a seamless, engaging journey from marketing site visit to product usage.
Own the production of onboarding materials, including emails, in-app messages, and help docs.
Develop tailored content and messaging to support retention and expansion within our customer base.
Build and execute community engagement initiatives to enhance long-term customer relationships.
Leverage customer insights to improve onboarding and nurture strategies.
Champion best-practice usage of the product to improve user engagement and expansion.
Partner with Product and Sales to identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts by making them aware of and showing them how to get value from additional features.
Brand Awareness & Market Positioning Lead organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Partner with the Creative Director to ensure consumer-grade brand aesthetics and messaging consistency.
Balance creativity with data-driven decision-making, tracking performance and optimizing efforts.
Evolve and optimize pricing and packaging based on market position, competitive landscape, and business goals.
Partner with engineering and product to iterate on pricing and packaging to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
Revenue Growth & Metrics Ownership Own marketing-sourced pipeline KPIs, MQL-to-SQL conversions, and CAC efficiency.
Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing performance to the leadership team.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on marketing experiments to drive consistent improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Account Management to align GTM efforts.
Collaborate with founders to refine marketing strategies—they care deeply about brand and messaging.
Lead GTM launches for new features, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
Manage and mentor a small but high-performing marketing team.
What you'll need 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement.
2+ years experience managing a team.
Experience in early-stage startups or small teams where you've worn multiple hats.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through scalable marketing programs.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and sales enablement.
Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Ability to refine ICPs and target high-value customer segments.
Creativity and strong writing ability—able to produce compelling messaging and content.
Startup mentality—scrappy, adaptable, and proactive in making things happen.
Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a bias for execution over theory.
Comfortable using AI and automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing execution.
Familiarity with ABM strategies and targeting enterprise accounts is a plus.
