We are currently seeking to hire a director to join our growing People & Change team within our Management Consulting practice. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, but with a more flexible contract option also available. The role is ideally based in Dublin but with our all-island remit, there will be flexibility on location.
A snapshot of your peer group:
1. At least 10 years' experience leading and delivering consulting projects, ideally within the area of People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
2. Experience of practice management and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.
3. Understanding and practical experience across a broad range of people advisory service offerings (Change, Organisation Design, Op Model, Workforce Planning) would be an advantage.
4. Strong Project Management skills.
