Job Description
We're looking for driven team members to join us on our mission to secure cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide senior-level technical knowledge as a key member of the technical support team through mentoring and consulting on complex issues.
* Work closely with the development engineering team to ensure efficient tracking of engineering escalations, bugs, and feature requests.
* Develop and deliver technical troubleshooting sessions, trainings, and guides for internal team members.
* Curate and maintain the internal knowledge base articles.
* Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests encountered in the field or reproduced.
* Collaborate with the Escalation Management team on high-touch accounts.
Requirements
* You will report directly to the Director of Customer Reliability.
* 5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource or team/technical lead in a similar field (container management, cloud management, cloud security).
* Advanced Kubernetes and Linux expertise.
* Extensive knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python, etc).
* Familiarity with public cloud providers and their services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, IBM Cloud).
* Proven ability to multitask effectively.
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Working knowledge of Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and/or Kafka.
* Experience with Systems Management technologies or integration.
* Hands-on experience with PaaS tools or other cloud management software.
* Application integration skills.
* Fluent English is required.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
