Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Administrator to support our Supply Chain team in various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in assisting global leaders and working with diverse teams, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Power Point, and Excel. Knowledge of Smartsheet and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Extensive calendar management, booking travel, arranging visas, taxis, and preparing travel itineraries
* Assisting function leaders with workflow and prioritization, adhering to deadlines
* Processing expenses in line with company policy, monitoring travel spend to support savings funnels
* Managing multiple priorities and providing ad-hoc project support
* Providing event logistical support for internal and external meetings/offsites
* Supporting supplier engagements, including logistics, meeting minutes, and post-event follow-up
* Crafting, evaluating, and modifying emails, letters, agendas, Townhalls, and other forms of communication on behalf of function leaders
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Digital savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of Smartsheet and Power BI is desirable but not essential
* High degree of self-management, organizational skills, and excellent communicator (English oral and written)
* Spanish is desirable but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and formatting
