What skills and experience you need: Be literate and numerate (fluent written and spoken English)Friendly disposition with good communication skills face to face and on telephoneAn enthusiasm and interest in the many aspects of the motor industryA good level of IT/Computer skills, IT Business Systems (Keyloop an advantage)Good attention to detail and organisational skills with a flexible approach to workPrevious motor industry aftersales/parts knowledge is desirable but not essentialUnderstanding of compliance with Health and Safety Rules and manufacturer guidelinesValid Visa/work permit to work in IrelandAbout the Role: Working with the parts team and assisting retail and trade customers with all parts requests.Processing counter, telephone, email and online enquiries including estimates.Obtaining estimates/pricing using our systems.Ordering required parts using the Electronic parts catalogue.Attending to and fulfilling Service Dept./Fitters parts requirements.Co-ordinating daily parts deliveries.Pulling and packing of orders for dispatch as required.Assisting in receiving parts into stock in line with department procedures.Reviewing stock inventory and contributing to the annual stock check.
