Quantity Surveyor
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
* Management and ownership of commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Interface with the Client Commercial/Contract Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Project Procurement, including subcontractors, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Conduct thorough cost and risk analysis to inform project decisions.
* Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Teams, and subcontractors to identify contractually critical items and initiate responses.
* Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors, including negotiations and contract administration.
* Provide accurate and timely project costing, margin, and cash flow reports.
* Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with clients.
Requirements:
* Suitable candidates must possess a 3rd-level qualification in Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying.
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience working as a Surveyor, preferably in the electrical/mechanical field.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
* Prioritize workload according to deadlines, demonstrating high attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
