At P+D, our customers are the center of everything we do. As a P+D Account Manager, you will be the client’s primary touchpoint.
Your role is to develop strong relationships with your accounts while maximizing revenue and profit in line with targets set by your line manager. You will be required to find solutions to the client’s requests and present new solutions to exceed client expectations and drive new revenue streams. This is primarily a sales and customer-facing role, but you will also be responsible for project managing the client's project throughout its lifespan.
Experience in print or design is a requirement for this role.
Salary will be dependent on the candidate and experience. Expenses, laptop, phone, and car expenses will all be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Act as a company ambassador, being our customers' primary point of contact on all matters.
2. Provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to your clients.
3. Take briefs, provide advice, solutions, and quotations, and keep the client well informed at all times.
4. Maintain a pipeline of potential quotes and projects to ensure you will be in a position to achieve and exceed your targets, recording all information on our MIS system.
5. Constantly seek to upsell and cross-sell by offering additional services supplied by P+D or our partnered suppliers.
6. Undertake any business development activity as assigned and strive to meet your targets in this regard. Constantly seek to cultivate new clients and relationships.
7. Assist in preparing budgets for your accounts.
8. In this role, you may be required to travel.
