Overview
Our client, based in Limerick, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant (Part-time) to join their company on a permanent basis.
Who we are seeking
1. An experienced Accounts Assistant with at least 2+ years of experience in A/P.
2. Comfortable with various IT Systems (e.g., Excel, Sage, etc.).
3. Good communication skills.
Overview of the responsibilities
1. Data input and review, ensuring it is timely and accurate.
2. Coding invoices for approval.
3. Monitoring supplier/internal queries and responding to them.
4. Reconciliation of supplier and bank accounts.
5. Purchase order matching to invoices.
6. Liaising with the Accounts Supervisor to ensure efficient and timely quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
7. Other ad hoc duties as required.
