**Job Title:** Development Manager
Our client is expanding and seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to lead the development, implementation, and support of cutting-edge solutions for their clients. This individual will drive innovation and optimize business operations utilizing Microsoft-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the design of Microsoft-based solutions that align with client business objectives.
* Manage and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Align solutions with client business goals and objectives.
* Spearhead strategic direction, revenue growth, and margin targets.
* Maintain and grow the solutions portfolio by identifying new opportunities and evaluating their feasibility.
* Drive Agile and SDLC processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Provide pre-sales support and participate in customer meetings to showcase expertise.
* Understand client business models and regulatory requirements to deliver compliant solutions.
* Advise on Microsoft technologies and licensing to optimize client solutions.
* Oversee the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions to meet client needs.
* Collaborate with global business partners to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships.
* Contribute to all phases of software development, from conceptualization to deployment.
* Promote strategic solutions and recommend new systems that enhance client business operations.
* Prepare financial budgets and performance reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in development management roles.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
* Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics CRM, SharePoint) are preferred but not mandatory.
* Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMI, CPM, MCSD, COE) are a plus.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills to motivate and guide the team.
* In-depth knowledge of SDLC and enterprise solutions to deliver complex projects.
* Financial acumen and budget management experience to inform business decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
