Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for Documentation Administrator within the Customer Service function in Tirlán, based in Virginia, Co. Cavan, reporting to the Export Documentation Supervisor. The purpose of this role is to manage all documentation relating to the export of products and will involve a close working relationship with teams in Commercial, Quality and Logistics.
Responsibilities
1. Preparation of all export documentation including Health & Veterinary Certificates, Bills of Lading, Radiation Certificates,Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, etc.
2. Complete Export SAD for customs clearance.
3. Liaise with internal departments to obtain information and resolve any issues.
4. Liaise with customers concerning their special requirements and country specific requirements.
5. Arrange third party agency inspections.
6. Use initiative to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within the Customer Service process.
7. Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
8. Attention to detail.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
10. SAP experience would be an advantage.
11. Ability to work on own initiative.
12. Good communicator, decision maker, team player.
13. Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
