We are looking for an Irish speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist customers for our client in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
* Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
* 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
* Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
* Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
Requirements
* Irish Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
* English Language: B2 level (training provided in English).
* Relocate to Athens, Greece
* Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
* 1 to 2 years experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
