The Role of Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales operations for the hotel, including planning and executing sales product development programs to meet pre-determined targets and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying new markets and emerging trends
* Collaborating with regional sales teams
* Developing relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base
* Implementing annual sales plans in conjunction with the Director of Sales
Job Specification:
Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities. Initializes and implements annual sales plans for the hotel in conjunction with the Director of Sales. Works with the Sales Director to put in place clear business plans for Key Account development and a clear sales strategy to cover key contracts and ensure they are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Candidate Requirements:
A proven track record in Sales Management in a prominent 4/5* hotel, ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans, thorough understanding of customer experience and uncompromising standards of excellence.
