Job Summary:
A Payroll Specialist is required by a market leader in the FMCG sector to process weekly and monthly payrolls, ensure compliance with payroll laws, maintain accurate employee records, and generate reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 200 employees
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
* Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
* Assist the Financial Controller and Financial Director with general accounting duties
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Suite, especially Excel
* Strong understanding of payroll practices, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
* Confident communication skills to cross-pollinate with other departments and senior management
