About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Ground Ops Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting system integrations between HR and global payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems including resolving discrepancies.
* Update payroll in relation to salary changes for movements within the company.
* Check the input of information relating to new starters i.e. tax, bank information, etc.
* Preparation of monthly payroll related journals.
* Assist in the work on current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as the need arises.
* Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments/deductions.
* Prepare and bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll.
* Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testing.
* Preparation of 3rd party payments.
* Participate in different payroll projects and other opportunities as assigned.
