Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
2. Manage the sales pipeline, including reconnecting with customers lost over six months, to improve velocity.
3. Engage with prospects and ex-customers remotely using Virtual Rooms to enhance sales efficiency.
4. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
5. Collaborate with manufacturers as needed to support business growth and profitability.
6. Maximize sales from new accounts during the first six months of engagement to meet targets.
7. Actively forecast new business opportunities to ensure a seamless product supply.
8. Stay updated on industry trends to position the business effectively for customer needs.
9. Follow and enhance the sales process to drive continuous improvement.
10. Regularly update the pipeline for accurate forecasting and planning.
11. Collaborate with team members and your manager to optimize sales efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
3. Strong understanding of new customer acquisition frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
4. Self-starter mentality with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to perform effectively in a remote selling environment.
6. Creative thinker with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
