European Bank for Reconstruction & Development Purpose of Job Work with the Change & TOM Lead to prepare change to the operating model and key capabilities. Be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle to help shape and deliver change management interventions across the programme, from stakeholder analysis through to adoption measures aligned with our Change Management principles. We are looking for a highly driven, adaptable, and passionate business change and OD professional who is focused on delivering business outcomes. They will also be part of establishing a strong EBRD change capability, improving the Bank's ability to plan, design and implement change in the future. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: - Support Change, OD and TOM Workshops - Help with Process/People/Operating Model mapping and analysis - Support with collating data for development of high-level operating model / detailed organisation design solutions. - Manage and maintain change, communication and training plans - Support the execution of business readiness assessments - Support with the running of change networks and other stakeholder engagement activities including document preparation and email/Teams management - Deliver documentation to a high standard e.g. workstream plans, status update, reports and presentations as required - Manage and track workstream deliverables as part of the larger programme team - Administration of project mailbox Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications: - Degree educated or relevant experience - Experience of working on Change and OD programmes, preferably within matrix organisations - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to multi-task while remaining calm and professional - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines - Customer focused with a positive and helpful attitude - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio - Understanding of change management methodologies and tools. - Understanding of project lifecycle What is it like to work at the EBRD?
