Senior Grade Clinical or Educational Psychologist
At {company}, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Grade Clinical or Educational Psychologist to complement our existing team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the assessment of Autism and providing ongoing support post-assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment & Clinical Work: Conduct comprehensive Autism assessments in line with best practice guidelines, lead the assessment process, coordinate with other team members as required, prepare detailed post-assessment reports, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.
* Clinical Leadership & Development: Manage the clinical caseload efficiently, ensure smooth client progression from pre-assessment to final report, lead and support the multidisciplinary team, maintain and enhance clinical governance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with other professionals to improve clinical processes and governance.
Essential Criteria:
* Recognised professional postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Educational Psychology.
* Clinical graduates currently completing their postgraduate qualification are also welcome to apply.
* Applicants must have their qualification validated by the Department of Health and provide a validation letter as part of the hiring process.
* Registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland must be met.
* Minimum two years of experience in a relevant role.

This role offers flexibility regarding hybrid working conditions at our Rathfarnham, Dublin-based clinic, depending on the candidate's level of experience.
