Your day to day :
6. Meeting Coordination and Communication : Act as the primary liaison for Board, Committee Chairs, and Executives, managing meeting agendas, schedules, and communication.
7. Minute Taking and Record Keeping : Attend all key meetings to record minutes, ensuring they accurately reflect deliberations and actions, and maintain legal and historical records.
8. Policy and Compliance Management : Assist with the management of the policy framework, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
9. Governance Advice and Training : Provide governance advice to the Board and management, support director onboarding, and implement the Annual Board Training Plan.
10. Information Management : Enhance information management systems to organize and archive information effectively, contributing to the company’s business plan and strategy.
Who the Right Person for the Role Is:
11. Experienced and Knowledgeable : Company secretary experience in a similar environment and Has an understanding of financial markets and relevant regulations, with practical and theoretical knowledge of the industry.
12. Must be currently based in ireland with an Irish/European passport or Stamp 4g visa - no exceptions for this role.
