We are recruiting for a leading financial services business in Dublin, that is looking for a Head of Change Management.
This role would lead a change team and be responsible for organizational change, M&A Integrations, IT projects, non-IT change projects including some regulatory change implementations, and process efficiency activity.
NOTE: You must have right to work status for Ireland, sponsorship will not be offered.
Key Responsibilities: Work with the Executive Leadership Team to shape the annual Strategic change portfolio.
Establish an understanding of timing of projects, inter-dependencies and resource limitations.
Management of the change portfolio.
Be the main liaison point for the Executive Leadership Team when initiating new project proposals and managing Sponsor relationships.
Ensure delivery of the agreed company-wide Strategic Projects portfolio on time and within budget.
Develop and apply a structured project methodology in line with industry best practice to achieve delivery and coach project teams, as necessary.
Manage the business expectations with respect to project prioritisation and participation, dependencies and project delivery timelines.
Define and measure success metrics.
Assess change impact and manage key stakeholders.
Work with the executive suite as well as other business units to design project plans and project resource requirements.
Support the IT Team in determining capacity planning for change projects.
Act as Secretary on the Organizations Change Committee and lead / participate in individual project steering committees.
Requirements: Applicants must have a strong background managing Change projects at a senior level, either from a consulting background or industry.
Have a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies and have worked with leadership teams.
A solid understanding of change processes including how people manage change and how people deal with change.
Direct People leadership experience.
