* Change Management: Support change initiatives by providing coaching and guidance on the people side of change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimized disruptions.
* HR Metrics & Analytics: Use data to inform decision-making, analysing key HR metrics like turnover, employee satisfaction, and productivity to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
* Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on complex employee relations issues, fostering an open and supportive environment where concerns can be raised and addressed effectively.
Reward Execution: Across all teams, you will utilise your experience in employee reward programmes to execute and continuously improve compensation and benefits activity. You will ensure they remain competitive and aligned with our company’s goals and values. You will analyse large volumes of data to provide timely insights that drive reward decisions.
