About the Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting sales data to generate valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of sales strategies.
What You’ll Do
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
Support sales forecasting by leveraging data modeling techniques and historical trends.
Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity within CRM and other sales analytics tools.
Work with internal data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability for sales operations.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics.
Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to uncover insights that support strategic sales decisions.
Assist in evaluating and optimizing sales processes through data-driven analysis.
What You’ll Need
1-2 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
A degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, MIS, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com (experience is a plus).
A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses is not a must, but a nice to have
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Flexibility to work at critical business times such as End of Quarter.
