Key Responsibilities
* Experience in most/all of the following; TUPE, contentious and corporate assistance in TUPE related matters.
* Advising on a wide range of employment issues such as managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment financial services regulatory issues, gender pay gap compliance, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues.
* Claims before the WRC [Workplace Relations Commission] and Labour Court.
* Guiding and advising clients through current, pending employment legislation and regulation and delivering pragmatic and flexible solutions.

Requirements
* Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge of all current/impending Irish employment legislation and case law.
