We are seeking a skilled AI ML Engineer.
Role Overview:
Job Title: AI ML Engineer
Duration: 12 months initially
Main responsibilities:
1. The development of data infrastructure, in order to collate data from multiple sources, across different platforms, into a single cloud location.
2. Data quality checks, in order to ensure the accurate coverage.
3. The development of pipelines to automate the gap generation and collation process.
4. Work closely with US-based colleagues, to coordinate the onshore running of scripts.
5. Cloud migration of current datasets and processes.
6. Clearly communicate processes and outputs to senior stakeholders, when required.
7. Mentor more junior colleagues.
8. Drive excellence and standardization across the team with a focus on skills development, training and career progression.
Requirements:
1. Advanced Degree in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
2. Substantial hands-on experience in data mining and predictive analytics with machine learning/statistical modeling techniques and advanced data science tools such as SQL, R, or Python.
3. A detailed understanding of analytical approaches to design, develop and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms.
4. An ability to identify opportunities and/or produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from large unstructured, diverse datasets.
5. A good understanding of different data infrastructure and a basic knowledge of data engineering principles and methods.
6. Strong ability to communicate technical results, with a connection back to the business objectives, to a diverse audience through interpretation of analytic results.
7. Provide analytic inputs for final reports and presentations.
8. A demonstrated desire to spend time programming and digging into data, and the ability to do so in a self-directed manner with curiosity.
9. Able to consistently maintain project documentation and files, review, track, and manage study documents for completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Experience with frameworks, including Huggingface, LangChain, AutoGPT, or AgentGPT.
2. Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs.
3. Experience with writing source code for new applications or enhancing and optimizing code for existing applications.
4. Experience with modern Cloud computing technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Experienced gathering requirements from customers and lead Agile teams.
6. Master degree in computer science, Machine Learning, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or another STEM discipline.
7. High experience using ML to solve problems in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), computer speech (ASR), and/or other AI domains.
8. Experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
9. Experience with developing machine learning applications.
10. Experience with developing Responsible AI metrics, best practices, and/or solutions.
11. Experience with solid ML and RL research and development experience.
12. Background in a quantitative field.
13. Familiarity with statistical concepts, such as regression modeling and hypothesis testing.
14. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
