* Category B Licence: Full clean licence for at least 2 years.
* Training: All other necessary training will be provided.
Requirements:
* People Skills: Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and interest in improving patients' lives through exceptional customer service.
* Previous Experience: Ideally, previous experience in a field-based technical sales background.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technical Skills: Experience in technical repairs, proven attention to detail, and computer literacy with practical working IT skills.
* Driving Licence: Full driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
* Geographical Knowledge: Good geographical knowledge of the area and willingness to travel occasionally to cover other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Medical Equipment Installation/Service: Installation and servicing of medical oxygen equipment and ventilation equipment.
* Training and Support: Providing training and technical support to patients and their families.
* Product Knowledge: Providing product knowledge to private sector and hospital environments.
* After-Hours Support: Providing after-hours patient support on a roster basis.
