What you will be doing:
* Set up banquet and dining areas according to event specifications.
* Ensure all table settings are clean, properly arranged, and meet standards.
* Serving group functions per individual client specifications.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure guests' needs are met throughout the event, including refilling drinks and addressing any special requests.
* Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
* Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions and menus.

Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
* Previous food and beverage service experience required.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage and a passion for service.
* Proven experience in flourishing in dynamic team environments.
* Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Must hold valid US work authorization.
Physical Requirements Include:
* Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
* Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
* Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
* Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.
