Job Overview:
This role is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives within the unlicensed medicines sector, conducting market analysis, fostering key supplier partnerships, and developing growth strategies to enhance business performance.
The position demands strong expertise in procurement, supplier relationship management, and market insights to identify risks and opportunities and deliver competitive commercial solutions.

Lead global drug shortage initiatives and exclusive access programs.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Support and deliver monthly business unit targets, contributing to company growth.
Develop and execute procurement strategies to identify business development opportunities for the unlicensed and on-demand medicine sectors.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate strategically with external stakeholders, including MAHs (Marketing Authorization Holders) and KAMs (Key Account Managers).
Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and legal to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Proactively identify supply chain risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging analytics to measure success and inform future strategies.
Oversee the product lifecycle from stock procurement to distribution, ensuring market competitiveness and profit margin growth.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven commercial acumen and ability to assess business risks and opportunities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic roles.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
