**Job Description:**
Cloud Support Engineer
As a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be at the forefront of cloud computing, assisting global companies and developers in maximizing their use of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs.
* Interact with leading engineers around the world to resolve complex customer issues.
* Partner with AWS teams to improve support-related processes and customer experience.
* Drive customer communication during critical events.
* Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a technical position.
* Strong understanding of networking protocols: DNS, HTTP, SSL, SFTP, TCP, and UDP.
* Experience with web-based services and applications, Apache, Tomcat, etc.
* Knowledge of client/server and distributed systems architectures.
* Strong Unix/Linux or Windows system administration skills.
* Knowledge of storage protocols: iSCSI, NFS, SMB.
* Expertise in network troubleshooting and tools, such as traceroute.
