About the Role
We work on solving problems at a very large scale, to repair all of our infrastructure assets, such as servers, switches, line cards, caching appliances, communications circuits. Our goal is to ensure our data centers, backbone network, edge network, and points of presence are returned to service and run at maximum efficiency and capacity.
Our Repair Automation products are engineered to ensure the assets are returned to service within agreed service levels.
Using data-driven analytics and visualization, we continuously look for opportunities to increase efficiency by automating manual handover steps within our repair workflows. However, in certain use cases, there are human checks intentionally built into our workflows.
As the program manager in the IDC Infrastructure Enablement, Product Enablement team, you will be working with network engineering and software development teams to drive them to deliver software changes to fully automate Network Repair workflows.
