Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant in Co. Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Staff Management: Ensure all restaurant staff members adhere to company policies and regulations, providing regular feedback to monitor employee performance.
* Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness, handling customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Operations and Logistics: Schedule, supervise, and lead restaurant staff in daily operations, monitoring inventory and ordering food and supplies as needed.
* Scheduling and Compliance: Create and maintain employee work schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
