The Killarney Park is a five-star luxury hotel in the heart of Killarney, renowned for its warm hospitality and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Experience Manager to elevate our guest journey and ensure every stay is truly unforgettable.
The Role
As Guest Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding hospitality, overseeing the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will collaborate with all hotel departments to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues proactively, and uphold our five-star standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience at every stage of their stay.
2. Personalise guest experiences by working closely with Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other teams.
3. Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
4. Develop and oversee VIP, loyalty, and special occasion programs.
5. Monitor online reviews and guest surveys, taking proactive steps to maintain excellence.
6. Train and mentor staff on guest service best practices.
What We’re Looking For
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hospitality setting, ideally in guest relations or front office.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
3. Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Experience with hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
