Beshoffs SeaGrill Restaurant is now recruiting an experienced full-time Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team.
All applicants should have a minimum of three years' relevant experience, fluent English, and hold a valid work permit.
We are located on the beautiful West Pier in Howth, right beside the DART station, and free parking is widely available.

In addition to our busy 90-seater seafood restaurant, our adjoining Market Hall offers customers a Seafood Tapas Bar, a sparkling fresh seafood counter, a fresh food range, and a busy coffee bar.
About you
First and foremost, you'll have a genuine interest in delivering great quality food! You will have previous sous chef experience, ideally working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You will need:
* Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant kitchen
* Understanding of flavor balance; a passion for food and your own development is a must
* Love for the hospitality industry and all things seafood
* High standards of food hygiene, health, and safety
* A great attitude and eagerness to learn
* An energetic and proactive personality
* Great teamwork skills
* Excellent communication skills
