Job Description
Due to growth in our Dublin office, we are looking for Assistant Project Managers to support our clients on infrastructure projects. We oversee capital investment decisions and the implementation of the national capital programme.

Key Accountabilities:
* Support Senior Project Manager on capital project delivery, focusing on budget, schedule, and quality output.
* Support contract delivery, including contract administration, technical assurance, specialist studies, estimation services, and construction supervision.
* Prepare and submit regular project reports, registers, programme reports, and ad-hoc reports, coordinating with the Irish Water Programme Manager.
* Contribute to the development of new templates, documents, systems, and processes for project/programme management.
* Support Senior Project Manager with reviews of programme and project progress, budgets, changes, risks, and issues.
* Support production and approval of project delivery plans, cash flow projections, and earned value analysis.
People (HRM):
* Maintain own learning & development plan.
* Develop own professional competency.
* Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility volunteering day.
Health And Safety:
* Promote, understand, and comply with safety regulations.
* Conform to local and national laws and guidelines.
* Conform to Turner & Townsend Europe Limited (Energy) safety and security regulations.
Qualifications:
* Hold a relevant third-level qualification, preferably in Engineering or a related Project Management discipline.
* Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and construction delivery best practice.
* Proven ability to successfully implement and execute project management processes.
* Experience working on large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects and teams.
* Experience in complex stakeholder environments.
* Right to work in Ireland.
