Position Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is a senior clinical position that reports to both the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. This role provides clinical leadership, manages daily clinical practices in the home, oversees staff rostering, delegation, supervision, performance, development, clinical governance, and risk assessment.

* Ensuring clinical governance and risk assessment
Requirements:
* Excellent Leadership, Organisational, and Communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
* Sound decision-making ability
* Ability to motivate self and others, work on own initiative
* Appreciation of finance issues
* Results-driven
Qualifications:
* First-level registration
* Registered on appropriate part of Irish live register
* Evidence of continuous Professional Development
* Previous management experience
