They are seeking an experienced Account Director. The ideal candidate will bring a background of delivering exceptional client services in an agency setting, honing their project and account management skills in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they will possess a strong understanding of both content and digital marketing, as well as the production processes and challenges involved in creating impactful work for clients.
This role involves overseeing a marketing team to plan and execute digital (and) content strategy, managing client accounts, presenting and pitching to potential new accounts, deploying engaging digital campaigns for clients, emphasizing the discovery of client difficulties and providing outstanding consultancy and solutions, and driving ROI for owned accounts.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years in an Account Director position, with the ability to show achieved results
* Excellent knowledge of content and digital marketing related topics
* Demonstrated ability to establish relationships as a key partner in both B2B and B2C environments, resulting in an increase in the agency's accounts and revenue growth
* Background in client services, project management and organisation skills in a dynamic setting
* Ability to work under pressure, communicate clearly and develop strong, professional relationships with clients
* Excellent organisational skills, communications skills, and impeccable attention to detail
* Ability to nurture and develop client relationships at the highest levels
* Focus on uncovering client challenges and delivering exceptional consultancy and solutions driving ROI for my accounts
