One such project is Xaap, a mobile and web-based application. Xaap provides building inspection reporting in a single, centralized platform for tracking, maintaining, and reporting building system compliance.For 7 years facility managers and their teams have used the Xaap compliance reporting software to test nearly 84 million individual building devices, including fire alarms, extinguishers, security devices, sprinklers, and other systems across North America. If you are an individual with a disability and you need an accommodation during the application process selected.What you will do Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager based in Cork, as a UX Engineer you will act as an engineer for the Fire Detection Group.You will be a key player in the UX design of multiple projects crossing mobile and web.You will be part of a growing cross functional team of software engineers, UI/UX engineers and product owners.How you will do it Work closely with Product Owner and customers to investigate, analyse and resolve customer requirements. Create UI/UX designs for both web and mobile teams based on feature requirements.Create UI elements for engineering teams.Present wireframes to both technical and non-technical teams.Act as an enthusiastic and motivated member of the engineering team.Take part in brainstorming and planning of new features.What we look for: 3 – 5 years of experience in UX engineering.Proficiency in Figma and experience in creating design systems and prototypes.Experience designing for both mobile and web applications.Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field.
