We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of our drive-thru café, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming space for our community.
* Supervise and mentor junior Baristas, focusing on top performance and quality control.
* Set up grinders & coffee machines daily, conduct water tests, and make adjustments to maintain the perfect brew.
* Ensure top-tier quality control across all coffee and food served, maintaining high standards at all times.
* Multitask with a proactive, can-do attitude, solving problems before they arise and being a friendly, approachable leader who uplifts both the team and customers.
* Induct and train new staff members on procedures, policies, machine operations, and other essential knowledge.
* Manage rota and shifts for staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
* Essential: 5+ years of managerial experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
* Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a Barista OR 1 year in hospitality/customer service.
