ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Irish repair operation for all devices within our organisation. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, ensuring efficient repair processes, maintaining inventory, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assessing a variety of devices and their faults, organising parts and repair to successful conclusion.
2. Maintaining proper testing and quality control procedures put in place by the company.
3. Recording all results into the company's repair system.
4. Assisting to improve quality and productivity within the working environment and to help fellow colleagues in enriching their skills and to troubleshoot.
5. Mentoring and developing colleagues while furthering your own knowledge.
6. Show passion about delivering an excellent repair service and to share this with colleagues.
7. Implement efficient repair workflows and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround time.
8. Conduct regular quality checks.
9. Any other ad hoc tasks as required.

YOU HAVE
1. Familiarity with current technology (or closely related technology).
2. Experience of electronic repairing in the categories of Smartphone, Tablet, Wearables, Laptops & Windows based PCs, smartphone and other related electronic devices and accessories.
3. Fluent spoken and written English.
4. A sense of urgency - but also the ability to keep your cool and grasp the big picture.
5. Ability to work supervised or unsupervised.
6. Attention to detail and able to read, understand and follow procedures.
7. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Good attention to detail and eyesight.
9. Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
10. Strong Excel skills.
