This is how you can make a difference at Abbott:
The Training Specialist will administer the site training needs, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs, whilst maintaining compliance.
* Establish training needs.
* Track the timely execution of training plans.
* Enter new hires/employees into systems in a timely manner.
* Serve as a training system administrator, providing new hire training and troubleshooting system links and training-related topics.
* Conduct Quality training classes on Quality System Orientation (QSO) training and other classes, as assigned by the manager.
* Perform training reviews at given intervals.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Good organization, flexibility, and adaptability skills would be an advantage for this role.
