About the Role:
1. Partner Relationship Management
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MSSP partners, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
3. Understand partner business models and align Trellix solutions to meet their needs.
4. Act as a liaison between partners and Trellix internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
5. Drive partner engagement and sales growth by educating MSSP partners on Trellix products, services, and value propositions.
6. Provide training, resources, and tools to enhance partner capabilities and sales performance.
7. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives.
8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
9. Track partner performance metrics, such as revenue growth, deal registrations, and renewal rates.
10. Analyze partner performance data and identify areas for improvement or opportunity.
11. Deliver regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
12. Program and Process Execution
13. Ensure partners are aware of and aligned with Trellix’s channel programs, incentives, and certifications.
14. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and co-marketing efforts with MSSP partners.
15. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
16. Market and Competitive Insight
17. Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
18. Share market intelligence with internal teams to shape strategy and product development.
About You:
1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in channel account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. Strong understanding of the MSSP business model and cybersecurity landscape.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
5. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships.
6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Analytical and strategic thinking to assess partner needs and craft actionable solutions.
8. High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
10. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
