We are seeking to appoint a People Development Officer, as part of the HR Team. This post will support and enhance a number of key operational HR initiatives, to enable the achievement of the HR Department’s objectives in line with the University’s Strategic Plan. Reporting to the Head of People Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for the enhancement of the delivery of a broad range of learning and development services.
The primary focus of the role is to support the delivery of the learning and development offerings provided for all categories of Maynooth University staff. This person will be responsible for the development and rollout of a range of blended learning initiatives based on a competency framework. They will create this competency framework and build career pathways for staff.
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
