About You:
* Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management is preferred but not essential.
* Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
* Expertise in Food & Beverage: Strong knowledge of food, beverages, coffee, wine, and cocktails.
* Front Office Experience: Experience in front office operations is an advantage.
* Guest Service Excellence: A proven ability to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
* Tech-Savvy Approach: Familiarity with Hotsoft and Point of Sale systems.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
