MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBLIITES
* Functioning in a team environment, communicating with all members in the office and contributing positively to the firm.
* Planning and completion of audit files, preparation of consolidation financial statements and reporting directly to the partners on audit issues
* Staff Supervision and direction
* Planning work loads and re-sourcing requirements
* Monitoring the development of seniors and trainees and playing an active role in the performance appraisal process
* Ensure that all trainees on the team maintain their record of experience
* Delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to clients and developing client relationships
* Liaising with other departments on matters involving compliance and statutory filing
* Meet scheduled deadlines for completion of work, presentation of reports, and any other time sensitive responsibilities.
* Plan the engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk.
* Maintain Professional development in accordance with CPD requirement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
* At least 3 years’ experience in Audit Senior Position
* Excellent team leading, interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment
