Objective: Increase sales in Europe from non-contractual accounts by identifying and onboarding key customers and distributors.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
Identify and onboard key customers and distributors across the UK and Scandinavia (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, establishing the company as their preferred supplier.
Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer challenges to drive business opportunities.
Use extensive industry knowledge to differentiate the company's product offerings from competitors.
Generate accurate sales forecasts and capitalize on market trends.
Conduct market research to analyze competition and industry trends.
Qualifications: Education: B.S.
degree in Science or Engineering.
Experience: 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in TSBD and sales within chemicals or speciality chemicals, particularly in: Phosphonates Biodegradable Chelating Agents MBT – Biocide Polymers Detergent Additives Acetyl Chloride Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of water treatment chemicals and industrial & institutional cleaners.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
Previous sales experience in the water treatment industry (Nice to have) Strong commercial and business development acumen.
(Nice to have) Reporting and Commission Structure: Reports directly to senior management.
