This is a hybrid role and can be based anywhere in Ireland
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter-style sales profile to expand our market presence and drive growth. If you thrive in a competitive environment, are passionate about the food industry, and have a proven track record in business development, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food testing and ingredient sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
* Present our services effectively to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the food testing or food ingredient industries.
* Strong hunter mentality with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
