About the Position
Working closely with all levels of management, you will become the document controller on a number of large infrastructure related construction/engineering projects across Ireland. These projects range from road to rail to water developments projects. You will have full responsibility for your own projects and the responsibility to develop a team around you.
Experience/Requirements:
1. Co-ordinate the creations of documents related to projects.
2. Liaise with engineering departments to coordinate schedules.
3. Management of related databases.
4. Work with H&S and Quality Engineers to ensure the relevant documentations are acquired.
5. Participation in and assist with training of in-house procedures.
6. Work towards goals and objectives as set by the management team and strive to meet these in an efficient manner.
7. Excellent communication (both written and verbal).
For this role, you are required to have:
* A minimum of 3 years' document control experience.
* A related Engineering qualification.
* Ideally, you will have experience in engineering projects.
* A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
* Experience with Interaxo is an advantage.
